EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS and LOAN PAYMENTS


Deadline for Remitting Employee Contributions and Loan Payments
(Mandatory Savings or Pag-ibig 1, and Pag-ibig 2 or MP2)

Your employer should remit your savings to Pag-ibig Fund on or before these dates:

following the applicable month
E to L15th to 19th day of the month
following the applicable month
M to Q20th to 24th day of the month
following the applicable month
R to Z, 0 to 925th to end of the month
following the applicable month

Penalties for Late Remittances by Employers:
1/10 of 1% of the amount due, per day of delay starting on the day immediately following the due date until the date of full settlement

If you're paying Monthly:
On or before the 10th day of the month following the applicable month

If you're paying Quarterly:
On or before the 10th day of the month following the applicable quarter

RULE VII
COLLECTION AND REMITTANCE

Section 4. Remittance of Contributions by Self-employed and Voluntary Members. Self-employed and voluntary members may remit their monthly contributions on a monthly or quarterly basis, provided that in the latter case payments shall be remitted before the 10th day of the beginning month of the succeeding quarter. Monthly remittances shall be made directly to the Fund before the 10th day of the following calendar month.

Note:
Bayad Center, SM Business Center and other collectors accept payments only during the current month or the current quarter being paid.

If you're paying Monthly, your deadline is the last day of the month.
If you're paying Quarterly, your deadline is the last day of the quarter.


PAG-IBIG HOUSING LOANS



Monthly deadline is based on Date of Release of Loan Proceeds

First payment is one month after date of release of loan proceeds
